What does it cost?
After the 7-day free trial, the Starter plan is $149 a month for one line and up to 150 missed-call conversations. Setup is $199, waived if you keep JobHook after the trial. The first 10 Kansas City contractors get Starter for $99 a month with no setup fee.
Do I need a new phone number?
No. You keep your number. You set your phone to forward calls you don't answer to your JobHook line, and we walk you through it at setup.
Does the AI give prices or book jobs?
No. It's set up to only ask for the caller's name, what they need, their zip code, how urgent it is, and a photo if they have one. Anything else, like a price question, gets passed to you.
What if someone doesn't want texts?
The first text says how to stop. If they reply STOP, they get no more texts from your line. If they reply HELP, they get your business number.
Is texting customers like this allowed?
Business texting from a normal phone number has to be registered with the phone carriers (called 10DLC). We register your business before any real customer gets a text. The first text says who it's from and how to stop, and anyone who replies STOP is never texted again. The rules can be different for different kinds of messages, so we go over what applies to your business when we set you up.
What happens after the free trial?
If it caught you jobs, you pick a plan and keep going. If not, it just stops. There's no card to cancel and nothing to send back.
